For the past 25 years Susan has been actively involved in local community churches serving as a volunteer, organizing events, assisting individuals and families in need, supporting community outreaches and projects such as Habitat for Humanity and Food for Life. Susan has also served as associate lead Pastor for several years, being involved in Pastoral Care and counselling, with the goal to continue to support and serve individuals in need. Susan specializes in support for women. Brandt was a 17-year member of Peel Police and served as a Peel Police Chaplain. Brandt was a Lead Pastor in a community church for almost a decade and has spent many years providing spiritual and emotional support to individuals in need.
Andrew is Ordained as a Metaphysical Minister through the Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry (CIMM). CIMM is a Spiritual Organization dedicated to the promotion of Metaphysical New Thought Philosophy, accentuating the divine positive aspects of life to enhance the manifestation of good health, abundance, love, peace, and happiness. Andrew has served concurrently for 24 years in both the Canadian Armed Forces and the London Police Service. Andrew’s distinguished career started with the Canadian Armed Forces in October 1999, joining as a Military Police member. He joined the London Police Service as a Cadet in July 2000 and was medically retired in 2023 as a Sergeant. He is medically retired from both professions due to injuries sustained in service. Andrew is an active advocate for veteran and first responder mental health.
Curtis is an ordained and licensed minister in the province of Ontario. He has travelled to over twenty-four different countries around the world speaking in training conferences and seminars since 1996. Since 2008, Curtis has proudly served as Coordinator of Chaplaincy and Spiritual Supports for Peel Regional Police, and has been hired to serve Peel Regional Police in a fulltime capacity.
He carries a wealth of training and experience in helping people, from “ride-alongs” & divisional visits, to supporting members and their loved ones in times of difficulty and stress, and being there to just ‘talk’ about life. Curtis has a simple and genuine style of connecting with people of all different cultures, religions, and ethnicities.
Dennis is a retired Police officer of 32 years with Durham Regional Police, assisting people in crisis and negotiation. For 10 years he was seconded to Criminal Intelligence Service Ontario as Provincial Manager of Technical Programs, Resources and Emergent Technologies. Dennis, an ordained minister with a Doctor of Divinity and a Master’s in Biblical Counseling, has served as a prison chaplain, founded Celebrate Recovery at Emmanuel Baptist, and pastored multiple churches. He is also a member of the Canadian Christian Peace Officers and the National Christian Bible Counselors Association.
John is a retired O.P.P. officer, having served over 31 years, and retired on September 30, 2020.Throughout his career as a constable, he worked in many areas of Ontario, including time with Gaming and Casino Enforcement, General Law Enforcement and Highway Safety Division. He also worked as a Technical Traffic Collision Investigator, Commercial Vehicle Enforcement, etc. and Highway Enforcement Duties. John is licensed to solemnize Weddings and is available for Funerals, Dedications, Baptisms, and Counseling. He offers services to first responders, correctional officers, nurses, members of the Canadian Armed Forces and their families. John also provides marriage counseling and “after-the funeral” visitation and counseling.
Imran is a career Imam (Muslim faith leader) in Canada and serves as the sole resident Imam at one Mosque for 25 years - an extremely rare achievement in our nation, a testament to his deep passion for community service. Imran’s chaplaincy services to first responders began more than two decades ago. He continues as a chaplain and volunteer with Boots On The Ground (BOTG) since its inception and is also among the first batch of BOTG instructors. He’s recognized by his colleagues as a stalwart in multifaith chaplaincy across Canada and he continues to receive many accolades for his dedicated services.
