Program Overview
Our dedicated volunteers—many of whom have firsthand experience with these processes—offer guidance and support to first responders facing challenges such as:
• Accessing Mental Health Resources: Helping members connect with trusted professionals, programs, and peer support networks.
• WSIB Claims: Providing direction and insight into Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) claims, including processes, and appeals.
*Please note: We do not assist with claim filing and/or documentation.
• Navigating Benefits & Services: Assisting first responders in understanding and accessing available benefits, including workplace accommodations.
• Peer Support & Empowerment: Offering encouragement and lived-experience guidance to help individuals advocate for themselves effectively.
