The OPP Association is hosting our 2024 Annual General Meeting the week of October 21 - 24, 2024, and we wish to invite you to attend as an exhibitor at our trade show on Wednesday, October 23rd from 10:00am to 3:00pm. The time that exhibitors will be available to meet and speak with our member delegates will be most valuable and allow our members to learn about your services and share that information with other members throughout the province.

The trade show will be held in the Silver Creek Ballroom in the Blue Mountain Village Conference Centre, and below is a breakdown of the day’s agenda for your convenience:

Wednesday, October 23, 2024

7:30 - 9:30 am: Exhibitors are welcome to set up during this time

10:00 - 10:30 am: Trade show and refreshment break

Noon - 1:00 pm: Trade show and lunch

2:30 - 3:00 pm: Trade show and refreshment break

There will be no cost for up to two individuals from each organization to attend, however if more than two individuals will be attending there will be a cost of $30 per additional person. Lunch and refreshment breaks will be provided to trade show exhibitors.

If you wish to arrive the evening prior to the tradeshow, accommodations can be reserved on your behalf through the OPP Association block of rooms. Please note that payment for the room will be due to the hotel upon check-out, and will be your responsibility. Below is a summary of accommodation options:

Village 2 Bedroom: $337.00

Village 1 Bedroom: $262.00

Village Bachelor: $233.00
